    I am committed to do my best to ensure an affordable and fair price for any and every project (small or large). I strive for customers to be happy and satisfied and hope they have a pleasant feeling and buying experience when they do business with me. That said I am honest and professional and do every job and walk away with an easy feeling that I will definitely receive more referrals and business!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to talk to the customer and view the site, work they need done. Discuss everything in detail and answer any and all questions they have. Cover all bases including the customers wants and needs to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their decision to achieve complete satisfaction from beginning to end. To develop a true overall pleasant experience that will lead to repeat and referral business!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified Floor Installers (CFI) on-going training courses and seminars. Over 30 years experience and hundreds and hundreds of residential and commercial installations. Full knowledge of all current products and installation guidelines and well-rounded at installation of all flooring!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Family business. I began my career in floorcovering over 30 years ago and have been doing it all my life. I’m a perfectionist at it. I take full pride in my service, installation, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    All kinds from residential and commercial customers. Homeowners, realtors, builders, contractors, renters, house flippers, construction companies. City and public officials, businesses, etc.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Provided and installed 4000 sq ft of SPC commercial grade luxury vinyl plank following manufacturers installation guidelines @ Tomball Comminity Center. Fully prepared subfloor and completed installation in one week.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that you understand that the quality of your product is important as is the installation is as important. Hire a pro with knowledge of products and up to date certified installation procedures and skills with plenty of experience and references. Satisfied customer reviews speak for themselves!

    The importance of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail and standing behind your work and being taken care of even after the job is completed is of the utmost standard.
